5.      All Furnaces and Air conditioning condensers will be
   shipped common carrier, do to the excessive size &
   weight. United States Postal Service, & UPS will not
   deliver Items of this size and weight. Shipping
   weights and insurance rates vary depending on
   location and will be calculated per each order to
   assure accuracy.

6.      International shipping available on all items
    EXCEPT>>>>, furnaces, air conditioning
    condensers, and Air filters all international
    shipments require US custom declarations, there is
    a $20.00 handling fee for form processing and
    special packaging requirements per order on all
    International shipments.

7. Items shipped fifth business day in most cases.
Fed Ex will insure all packages.

10. Yahoo holds your payment for 5 days before our company is funded. All shipments will be shipped after payment is funded. Allow 2 weeks for delivery.

      1.      Physical damage is not covered under
               manufacturer's warranty.

      2.      All sales are final. Exchange warranty covered
               by/under manufacturer's defect warranty.

3.      Air filters are non-refundable at any time. If
    damaged during shipping contact shipping
    company. Additional shipping charges may be

    to be the most reasonable priced. Over size boxes
    will have the shipping adjusted by the shipping co.
    average cost is about $15.00- $33.00 per case
    depending on size with in the USA. You will be
    notified of any shipping cost changes when your
    order is confirmed. Remember when you order 4"
    filters they will come in 2 cases 6 per case.

5.     Any presumed defective units are the responsibility
   of the manufacturer for replacement or shipping
   Company if damage results from shipping.

7.     Units returned will be tested. If found defective a
replacement will be shipped immediately. Units
   returned and found not to be defective will be
   returned at buyer's expense.

All Furnaces and Air Conditioning condensers come with new factory warranties, This equipment requires proper Installation by a licensed Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor, To assure that the factory warranty is not void!

Failure of any equipment that is not installed by a licensed heating & air contractor is not warranties. and repair costs would be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Need installation? We will install any furnace or A/C unit. You must live with in our service region of the East Bay Area in California.
